Capella Flavours are water soluble, highly concentrated, multi-purpose flavour concentrates.  They contain no fats, calories, sweeteners or preservatives.

Currently all of the flavours Capella makes are free from the following allergens; Dairy, Egg, Gluten, Soy, Nut, Fish, Shellfish, Sesame seeds and Mustard.

Capella Flavours are made in the USA.
