Ethyl Maltol Crystals

Ethyl maltol is a crystalline powder that is used to make cotton candy, and as such when used in its own, it will create a cotton candy flavouring. It is also useful as a sweetener in its own right.

Recommended preparation method: Pour 10ml of propylene glycol in a glass bottle with a lid. Add 1/4 tsp. ethyl maltol crystals. Shake well. Use at 2-10% in your blends as needed.
