Shipping Time
All orders ship within 24-48 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise noted on the home page. Most orders shipped same day if placed and paid for by 1PM MST. All packages will ship via Canadapost. Shipping options are available upon checkout.

What is 3DS?
We understand that not everybody wants a large bottle of flavouring without knowing what a particular flavour tastes like. That's why we introduced our $3 shipping. "3DS" is great if you want to try several flavours without paying $15 for a regular order.

What items can be shipped via 3DS?
3DS good for up to 10, 3ml bottles of any of our flavouring. If you would like a 30ml bottle of a particular flavour, 3DS is also a great option, just select 3 x 10ml.


How will 3DS items be shipped?
3DS items will be shipped in a padded envelope via regular letter post. We are not able to guarantee a delivery time via this shipping method. NO TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED FOR 3DS.

If your items qualify for 3DS, you will be able to select it from the drop down menu on the checkout screen.

Edmonton Pick up Now Available
Orders can be picked up in Edmonton on Wednesdays 11am-7pm @ RCV on Fort Rd. Orders must be placed and paid for by noon on or before the preceding Tuesday.  Contact us for details.

How do I return an item?
We offer a 30 day return on some of our items. We will ship out, at our expense, replacement items for those that are defective. The items will be shipped via regular mail unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon. We can not offer returns of used products. We are willing to work with our customers who are not satisfied, but we are under no obligation to accept returns of used products because it is no longer needed or wanted. Returns on unused and unopened products may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Sorry, no returns on glassware or flavouring. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.
